PM-KISAN gives eligible farmer families ₹6,000 per year, paid directly into their bank account in three instalments of ₹2,000 every four months. Here's what Mundakhera residents actually need to know.
Who Is Eligible
All landholding farmer families with cultivable land in their name are eligible, subject to a few exclusions (institutional landholders, income-tax payers, and serving/retired government officers above a certain grade are not eligible).
Documents Required
- Aadhaar card (linked to the bank account)
- Land ownership records (Jamabandi / khatauni)
- Bank account passbook
How to Apply
Applications can be filed online at the official PM-KISAN portal, or in person through the Common Service Centre (CSC), or via our own Schemes page where you can check status against your family record.
e-KYC Is Mandatory
Every registered farmer must complete e-KYC (OTP-based on the portal, or biometric at a CSC) to keep receiving instalments — many payments get stuck simply because e-KYC was skipped.
Track Your Payment Status
You can check your instalment status any time using your Aadhaar number on the official portal, or ask at the Gram Panchayat office during office hours.
